Revlon Run/Walk for Women

Tomorrow, Moishe's is proud to sponsor the Revlon Run/Walk for Cancer. Moishe’s participation in the event has been an ongoing effort, including free advertisement on the side of our large fleet of moving trucks, as well as a ten percent discount on one move for all registered participants.Moishe’s hopes that our mobile billboards will aide in a great turnout for the event tomorrow morning, despite forecasts of inclement weather.

Moishe's has always considered itself to be a charity minded corporation, and the Revlon Run/Walk is one of many examples of our dedication to the Tri-State Community. In addition to our sponsorship of the event, many of our employees will participate in the days festivities. Several have volunteered to walk for Moishe's, rain or shine, and others have put forth monetary contributions to the cause.

The Run/Walk, founded in 2003, has gradually become one of the largest fundraising events of it's kind in America. Promoters of the annual charity event expect over 40,000 New Yorkers to take part in the 5k trek. To date, the Run/Walk in New York and it's sister event in Los Angeles have contributed nearly $50 million to cancer research, counseling and outreach programs.
